Our Conservation breeding program for Sulawesi fish is working great. That's why we are looking for new people interested in the offspring of fish that are reproducing well with our breeders. We offer Sulawesi fish to those of you who join the program. You can find the guidelines here.
Why get involved in our conservation breeding program?
- You will join a network of responsible breeders who are concerned about the future of endangered species and who contribute to building insurance populations.
- You will be in contact with aquarists who have extensive experience in keeping Sulawesi fish and also knowledge of their natural environment; they will be happy to share it with you.
- You will join the international Sulawesi Keepers initiative, which connects aquarists with scientific institutions, conservation organizations, and local communities in Indonesia who are committed to protecting Sulawesi's lakes and other freshwater habitats. Our activity has an impact on the future of unique habitats and endemic species right in Sulawesi.
- You will receive a certificate that you can proudly hang on your wall.
